Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. It's 10.15 and I would like to start our investor webinar I hope that everybody who is attending read the press releases that we issued at 9 a.m. in the morning.

And today I would like to give you some more color and answer more questions. I will be at the webinar alone. Other colleagues from the management board are in Kraków and have multiple meetings with employees, as you can imagine.

But I hope that I will be able to answer all your questions today. I will be making some forward-looking statements. And I can see that we have also some international audience. So I will have this webinar in English.

But obviously, if you prefer to ask questions in Polish, I will also answer them in Polish.
