Welcome and thank you for joining Allegro Group Earnings Call and LiveCopters to present and discuss the four-quarter 2024 results.

Thank you, Jota, and welcome to everyone on our call. Let me introduce the presenters of today. Roy Perticucci, the CEO of Allegro, will provide you with the overview of the full year and fourth quarter business highlights.
